First thank you for the opportunity to work with you! I have over 10 years of experience in the counseling field. Your overall well-being is an important factor to having a meaningful and successful life. Having someone who you can talk with and understand your struggles should be important to you. Life has its challenges, that often causes feelings of confusion, hopelessness, and a great amount of stress. We may feel like we don’t have the ability to focus, problem solve and make the best choices based on how we think and feel in the moment. This can lead to feeling symptoms of depression, anxiety, sadness, and loneliness. Over the years, I have successfully helped others with Depression, Anxiety, Family Problems, Low Self-Esteem, Trauma, and other mental health disorders by providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I used a narrative approach allowing clients to re-write their own stories. I also take a solution focused approach to help accomplish the therapeutic goal. Collaboratively we will work together, as I provide a safe, trusting, confidential, and therapeutic environment allowing you to be the expert of your life and the captain of your ship while I ride as your passenger helping you to reach your full potential.
