Dr. Chung was friendly, a great listener, and very thorough. She was able to fix some dental work I had done elsewhere that wasn’t done very well. She also did a careful exam of my gums and explained why I didn’t need some expensive work that another dentist had recommended. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything clearly rather than recommending unnecessary treatment. I left feeling confident that everything was in good order. She also gave me helpful advice about managing dry mouth and reviewed proper flossing technique, which was a great reminder. I have no issues at all with Dr. Chung or her office. My only complaint is with Zocdoc, which showed appointment times that apparently weren’t actually available. This made it necessary for the office to call and reschedule. That said, when I did need to reschedule, the office made the process very easy and was very helpful.

The front desk staff was so rude throughout the entire process, snarky, short, really did not make me feel safe there or cared for at all. The dental dental hygienist was very sweet and attentive. The doctor seemed rush and I decided I didn't feel comfortable getting my dental work done there under those circumstances.

Very friendly staff. Going to the dentist can be scary sometimes. A nice laugh with the staff always helps a ton. They’re also very professional and understanding. Even if you think you don’t have a nice smile they’re kindness makes you feel better about it.
