United Hope Center

United Hope Center provides compassionate, professional mental health services for adolescents (14+), adults, and older adults (65+). We offer individual therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and other emotional challenges. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, we tailor treatment to each person's unique needs. Services are available in both English and Spanish through in-person and telehealth appointments. We are committed to helping individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and find hope during difficult times. United Hope Center ofrece servicios de salud mental compasivos y profesionales para adolescentes (14 años en adelante), adultos y adultos mayores (65+). Brindamos terapia individual para ansiedad, depresión, trauma, duelo, transiciones de vida, dificultades en las relaciones, estrés y otros desafíos emocionales. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar un espacio seguro y de apoyo donde cada persona se sienta escuchada, comprendida y capaz de lograr cambios positivos en su vida. Utilizamos enfoques basados en evidencia, incluyendo Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual (CBT), Terapia Dialéctico-Conductual (DBT), mindfulness y atención informada en trauma, adaptando el tratamiento a las necesidades únicas de cada cliente. Los servicios están disponibles en inglés y español, de manera presencial y por telemedicina. Estamos comprometidos a ayudar a las personas a desarrollar resiliencia, fortalecer habilidades de afrontamiento y recuperar la esperanza mientras trabajan hacia un mayor bienestar emocional.
