I would not come back for multiple reasons. First it was very hard to get to a real person. I filled out the paperwork online and then was told over the phone I needed to have an x-ray done before even seeing Dr. Anna. I explained I already had an x-ray and MRI done and they said I had to get one through them. I did not want to pay for another x-ray especially without seeing the doctor first so they cancelled my appointment. Then I got a call and a text saying I still had an appointment. I tried calling but only got a robot so I left a message. I then got a call and two texts saying I had an appointment so I showed up. The first thing I asked the lady when I arrived was "Do I have an appointment and explained my situation." She said yes. So after waiting an hour I asked how much longer and she said the doctor won't see me without an x-ray by their company. I was beyond frustrated and left. It felt like a number and not a person.

I highly recommend this doctor for podiatry services. The staff was friendly and I had very little wait time. Once with the doctor she was knowledgeable and gave me several options of treatment. She put me at ease and was thorough on explaining the various procedures. I plan on continuing seeing this doctor for my foot pain.

A bit disappointed. I’ve been dealing with an issue on my foot since February 1st. Went in for a consultation February 17th, and 30days later I have not received any communication regarding the next steps. I called and looks like the ball was dropped and no one reached out to my insurance company.

The front desk people were all very kind and helpful. The doctor was a tab bit behind, but her medical assistant got me in as soon as she could. She understood that I needed to pick my daughter up at school and worked her Magic and got me in. The doctor was kind and listened. She had There were lots of options for me, and they gave me all the referrals I needed. I felt heard and taken care of when I left. I will be going back again. Good experience.

Same day appt for foot pain. Treated my pain, referred me for comprehensive xrays, follow-up appt scheduled. xrays they scheduled same day, and i didn't have to wait, i got them done in a few minutes. very positive experience, recommend highly.
