A service fee for the cost of the visit will be charged if no show or cancellation is received within 24 hours. This policy is in place out of respect for Unitedhands Health & Wellness Clinic LLC and staff as well as our clients. I would never go back . My appointment was at 10 I arrived at 945.. the provider didn't arrive til 11:00. I didn't go back til 30 minutes then I waited in the room for another 30 min . Never again my Saturday wasted. I left there at 11: 50

I visited this office as a first-time patient. The medical assistants were very nice and professional, which I appreciated. However, I was extremely disappointed by the doctor’s lack of bedside manner. She didn’t even introduce herself when she entered the room, which felt especially dismissive considering it was my first visit. That lack of basic courtesy left a very poor impression, and for that reason, I will not be returning.

I’m happy with my experience. I got seen earlier than my appointment time. Seemed like a couple people were in training but knew what they were doing and I got done what I wanted to get done! They were all very friendly and it was quick enough! Will definitely return for more exams :)

This office is horrible she ran test on me and didn’t tell me what she was testing for the staff was unprofessional the MA couldn’t get my blood the wait was unbelievable I will never go back and they said they took my insurance and then I had to pay out of pocket because they weren’t in my net work so no no and more no!

Extremely unorganized, NP did not show up for appointment, and was unaware there was one. After calling multiple times, I seemed to get answered by a cell phone, in which I was merged on a call with receptionist staff while discussing why no one knew I had a scheduled appointment. I then got hung up on several times, and in an attempt to call back, the phone number was disconnected. When I finally reached someone, I was then advised I had to come in physically. I came in and a different NP came into my room thinking I was someone else. The nurse struggled to even draw my blood and bruised my arm, meanwhile I have very prominent veins. They also performed tests I didn’t consent to, but when I asked over and over what needed to be done, I was told “lab work.” I simply came in to refill a birth control prescription. To make matters worse, I was told if I wanted to stay on the same birth control I’ve been on for years, I’d have to repeat this process and take a pregnancy test monthly.
My appointment was good. The staff were friendly and were more then open to answer my questions. Everyone was really nice and explained everything thoroughly. I will be keeping this clinic as my regular clinic for my physicals.

I absolutely love Mrs. Vera! She listened to all of my concerns and paid attention to me as the patient. She didn’t rush my appointment at all she was very attentive and made sure I fully understand everything during my appointment. She gave me encouraging words and reassurance on my treatment plan. Overall experience was not that bad. The biggest problem is I came in for a check up and they decided to do all these test. She ran my insurance bill up for no reason. Then trying to get my blood work back instead of giving me the results over the phone like they said they could I have to come in and that’s not what was promised due to them knowing how far I live.

There was no patient-doctor confidentiality and there was no privacy at all. All staff members were involved in my visit and I'm not sure why. I would not recommend or return.
