The team of board-certified physicians at University Pain and Spine Center understands every patient is different. Each individual walks through our doors with a unique set of problems that require a tailored, therapeutic approach. Our highly trained specialists address numerous types of chronic and acute pain conditions. The team treats back pain, shoulder pain, headaches, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, facet joint pain, herniated discs, hip pain, knee pain, as well as many other ailments.
University Pain and Spine Center specializes in a multitude of world-class pain relief therapies and procedures. The team works hard to provide excellent clinical care, using cutting-edge technology and up-to-date techniques. Some of the pain treatment options available include epidural steroid injections, sympathetic nerve block, thoracic disc decompression, spinal cord stimulation implants, regenerative therapy such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and trigger point injections, in addition to other services.
The founder of the University Pain and Spine Center, Didier Demesmin, MD, MBA, is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. New Jersey Monthly Magazine has recognized him as a Top Doctor in New Jersey for 15 years. Together, Dr. Demesmin and his team of top pain specialists help their patients overcome pain and injuries using non-surgical treatment options and procedures. Additionally, they strive to give back to the communities they serve and contribute to community health.
