Our mission here at Advanced Urology Associates is to render the absolute best in urologic specialty care to our patients through decades of experience, cutting edge technology, and medical research. When making an appointment, please be sure to include your insurance ID #. This will enable us to get you back with the doctor faster when you arrive for your appointment. Also our patient forms are uploaded on here so that you can print them out and have them ready when you get here. Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. Late cancellations and no shows prevent scheduling of other patients who need access to medical care. We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel your appointment and we appreciate advance notice when that happens. Patients who do not show up for their appointment will be subject to be $50.00 no show fee. This fee will not be submitted to insurance.
