This was my first experience with a therapist, I was initially apprehensive, but Mathew's approach made me feel at ease from the start.
He demonstrated exceptional listening skills and was able to articulate his insights in a manner that was both educational and relatable. His use of examples helped me understand his perspective more clearly and contributed to a productive session.
Overall, I am very pleased with the experience and feel that Mathew has provided valuable support. I look forward to continuing our sessions and exploring more ways to address my concerns.

I had been seeing a counselor for about a year, but I had to move on from her. The office that I scheduled through was not good and missed appointments constantly.
I found Kay on here and within a month I'm doing better than I did the entire year prior. My previous counselor was just a lot of conversation, but Kay gives me exercises and ways of thought that I didn't have previously. She is great at the conversation part too.

I had a great first experience with Bethany. She had reviewed all of my paperwork prior to our appointment so we could have the maximum amount of time to discuss our therapy objectives moving forward. She was very supportive of my goals and listened intently. She never made me feel rushed. She didn’t interrupt me while I was speaking and had a very calming demeanor. She made sure that I was aware of my rights and responsibilities as a patient and was eager to answer any other questions I had. Can’t wait to book with her again. She instantly made me feel comfortable with her ability to treat me.
