Nice office. Friendly staff. Long wait time which was unexpected. Wasn’t told I needed to go for lab work until I researched the prescription I was given ?
I believe there’s an alternative med to take with fewer side effects. I’ll pursue this later.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by Receptionist Kim. Before my scheduled appointment time, she called and immediately asked, “How far are you!!?” The tone and approach felt rude and unprofessional. There are much better ways to communicate with patients.
I brought my son in while desperately trying to find answers regarding his health, and the lack of compassion and professionalism from the staff made an already stressful situation even more difficult. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and empathy. I hope this incident is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as this experience was unacceptable. Nothing was communicated as I was waiting patiently to be seen. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Excellent service. Same day appointment was a plus! Very friendly staff from the receptionist to the doctor. I felt the doctor listened to all my concerns and came up with a gamelan that worked for both of us. Would highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to go here again if the need arrises.

Appreciated the time with Devon. I felt she was genuinely interested in
my situation. The wait time to be seen was ‘horrific’. It was almost 2 hours. Seems a tad bit too long to wait when you have an appointment; (unless there’s an emergency)- which there wasn’t . I’ve seen other dermatologists and many barely take the time to look at me or my head. I believe a good doctor of any kind has to focus on each patient individually. In order to make a correct diagnosis and treatment.
I believe Devon is one of the ‘few’ that I have seen that actually did that. I appreciate and respect a doctor that provides treatment.

My dermatologist retired so needed to find another doctor, he was the best. The office is very friendly very clean and professional, it was first visit with the doctor but he made me feel very comfortable, he has great bedside manner, extremely friendly and professional. He took his time and listened to my concerns and issues, I would highly recommend him you won’t be sorry.

The NP was a very friendly she listened good bed thigh manners, however I encounter some unfriendly staff on the phone. Due to my insurance limitations on prescription I had a very bad experience, trying to get the situation resolved, even though I wanted to pay out-of-pocket for my prescription. think I will be returning to this office.
