My goal is to assist anyone wanting to improve his or her mental wellness. The ideal client is someone with a desire to live his or her best life. I am credentialed throughout the lifespan, from childhood to geriatrics. I have experience with numerous mental health issues, (i.e. anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship conflicts, sleep issues, adjustment disorders, ADHD). I'll work to build a therapeutic relationship, provide compassionate, non-judgmental care while establishing an individual treatment plan to help improve one's quality of life. My goal is for all client's to think better, feel better and to be better! I have experience treating common mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, sleep issues, and ADHD utilizing medication management and therapy. My life experiences, education, and work experience allow me to help my clients. I prescribe according to FDA recommendations and use a variety of treatment modalities. I understand how difficult it can be to seek help, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma, together we can work toward healing and achieving your goals.
