My approach to therapy My therapeutic orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) however, I do utilize other evidence-based treatments to meet the needs of a client and the family. I have experience in supporting clients with a number of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, work stress, substance abuse, adjustment issues and relationship issues etc. I believe in being direct and collaborative and use the phrase 'Venting with Purpose!' to encourage change and growth and encouraging movement in the direction you desire for yourself.
