Upper Echelon Urgent Care brings over a decade of urgent care experience to Fullerton — treating patients of every age, from infants to seniors. Coughs, colds, sore throats, UTIs, lacerations that need repair, abscesses that need to be drained: if it's urgent but not an emergency, we handle it. We DO NOT have x-ray on site (for now) and refer those to an imaging center 5 minutes down the street.
