I experienced poor service from the lady responsible for checking in patients. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 pm, and I arrived at 3:35 pm. However, she told me that I needed to reschedule due to being a new patient. She refused to check me in and wait for me to fill out the necessary paperwork.

The office check in lady was very friendly and personable. Check in was quick and easy. Saw the dr right away. He listened really well to what had happened to my toe, examined it, and gave me medication to treat an underlying condition on the toe. My husband and I were very impressed with Dr. Andrew Warner. He has great bedside manner, and listened intently to what I had to say about the history of that big toe. We have recently moved here to Georgia and thanks to ZocDoc have now found a great podiatrist! He is GREAT!!!

It was easy to book an appointment at a convenient time. The receptionist expected me and gave me some easy forms to fill out. My appointment was basically on time. The Medical Assistant was friendly. The doctor was attentive and took care of my ingrown toenail quickly. Didn't experience any pain or major discomfort. I highly recommend Dr Corwin if you need a kind knowledgeable podiatrist. The staff is friendly and willing to talk to you if you so wish. Dr Corwin smiles and helps me feel comfortable during the appointment. He does not talk down to you but patiently tells you what he sees and how to fix it!

The office was willing and able to work with me on scheduling when I was running behind for my appointment, and still got me in the same day. It was one of the most efficient doctor appointments I’ve ever experienced without feeling rushed. Dr. Moorlach was attentive and knowledgeable when discussing my concerns, and she answered all my questions in a clear and direct manner. Next steps that I expected would required a follow up appointment were completed immediately during the initial visit. I highly recommend this office and this provider.
