Office was very clean, staff was warm and welcoming. Sierra got me all set up with my appointment and ran my X-rays and was very kind. There was lovely relaxing music playing the whole time which was absolutely contrasted by the horrendous noises that come from teeth cleaning. This is to be expected, and I’d rather be completely relaxed up until that point than not at all. The Dentist was very nice and gave me a great rundown of my teeth and was very understanding of my pain points with the dentist in general. All in all a great experience for a first time patient!

The staff at Urban Dental Seattle (on Holman Rd) were so welcoming, warm, and efficient. Dr. Truong was everything I was looking for in a dentist - kind, knowledgeable and super easy to talk to! The cleaning was gentle but thorough, no pain felt at all. I also appreciated how modern and clean the office was - 10/10 all around :)!

Everyone at the office was so friendly, attentive, and nice while the location was clean, state of the art, and easy to find. If you’re looking for a dentist this is the place to be. I felt like I had their full attention and I was the only one there.

My experience at Dr. Truong office was excellent. Very nice clinic with friendly staff. Dr. Truong performed my cleaning and was very informative when it came to my oral health and how I can improve it.

Great experience! Parking is easy, as they have spots under the building reserved. The front door is tucked away, but signs are visible. Office is bright and clean and new. Staff and Dr were very nice and on time. Didn't feel pressured or anything to get extra work done. 10/10!
