I was at ease though I was in pain. I was put into this huge massage chair….i need one of those ??I’m going back for more visits. Dr mad staff very nice during the treatment I started to cry from the pain but the Dr pause to give me some time and tissue. I really appreciated the support and humanity in treatment given. I left the office feeling better inside and my affected area too.

Leo is the girl who attends you at reception. She is a very good person, she has very good communication with her and the boy who gives you the massages is very good with all the patients and makes the attempt to speak Spanish even if he does not know and they help you with the exercises.

This is the best Physical Therapy practice I have ever been too. Consistently friendly, attentive and thorough, I could not recommend them more. After suffering an ACL tear and undergoing surgery, my life has been completely transformed through working with these professionals. They have changed and saved my life. I’ve been coming here for physical therapy after clavicle surgery, and I noticed improvement almost immediately. The whole team is incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They’ve made the recovery process so much easier... not just physically but mentally too.
The staff is always friendly and super accommodating when it comes to scheduling, which I really appreciate. I genuinely look forward to my sessions every week because I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend!

Small doctors office, the doctor was very friendly but the receptionist who is also the PA aide had a rude demeanor. Also, fix small things such as not storing chemicals under the patient’s bed and clean the dirty mop water in the bath.

I absolutely love physical therapy with Hassan. I used to dread going to physical therapy because I wasn’t feeling like I was making improvements but with Hassan and the other physical therapists on his staff I feel like I am getting to the root of my issues and getting overall stronger. They are extremely thorough and I always have a good time and feel motivated everytime I come into the office. Hassan’s assistant and receptionist at the Brooklyn location, Leo, is also incredible! You must visit Dr. Hassan!!!

I've been working with Dr. Hassan for about a month now for my broken leg and vertebrae, and he is by far one of the best physical therapists I've worked with. They know how to push you just hard enough to make sure that you fully recover in the shortest time possible. Since working with them I've seen a huge improvement and I'll be able to fully enjoy the summer even after such a traumatic injury. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hassan is amaaaazing for real. My hamstring injury is way better after a few weeks. He gave me way better advice than my PCP, and a ton of great exercises. He and his colleague Leodelys are super friendly and a lot of fun. The office is clean with new equipment, and they have a nice massage chair they will let you use. I never write reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know for real.

Dr Hassan is excellent, he saved my from having to undergo surgery. I severely injured my ankle severing one of my ligaments, damaging my capsule, cartilage and achilles tendon. I was recommended to undergo surgery by two orthopaedic surgeons to regain full range of motion and functionality. I've had pretty bad experiences with joint surgeries due to an inflammatory condition I suffer from so I was terrified to undergo surgery. I entered the care of Dr. Hassan about three months ago hoping to maybe avoid surgery. Today I am nearly back to full range of motion and am pain free without surgery!! Hassan is excellent, treats my condition holistically and is extremely experienced, patient, focused and dedicated. I can highly recommend him!

This doctor is 1 of 1…very patient and thorough. He didn’t do the text book run through most doctors do when you have a problem. He did what was best and what worked for me. I also liked that he was available on the weekend. Whom ever is handling his appointments is also excellent. Communication was easy and they’re responsive. My initial visit, the evaluation, was great. I walked away feeling confident that Dr. Elagaty will help me get back on the road running and the basketball court. He is a good listener, and patient. He clearly explained what is happening in my knee and why I’m experiencing the pain I am and in general how the work we do will address the root cause of my injury. He was clear that my recovery will dependent on the work I put in but assured me that I can meet the goals I have of being active.

Dr. Elagaty was very clear and translated my MRI results from medical jargon into plain English. His team is attentive and helped me with the stretches. They have music playing 24/7 so you aren't listening to silence while stretching/exercising. Also, there's snacks in the waiting area.
