I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and waited 12 minutes after the appointment time, left a voice message to the phone number provided on the door. The office was locked alll this time and did not get inside. Nobody showed up for 9am start time. The office front door and window is very badly maintained. It does not inspire good service.

Had an appointment at 8:15. Arrived early and never was called back. An hour later I told them I needed to reschedule because I had to be at work. That’s why I made an early appointment. Waste of time!

Dr Umar Saeed is so knowledgeable, soft spoken, n explains things to the patients very detailed what ever patient is either have insurance or not . He tried to help the patient as much as he can n facilitated them , the team inside it very friendly n active !!

Experience with Dr Umar Saeed is always great . He is always my to go doctor if I require any medical assistance. Staff is also friendly and ensure the process is smooth. Dr Umar listen carefully for the problem and give the correct medication.

I make an appointment through this app I thought I could trust for the health and sake of my daughter. I’m sitting on the phone waiting on my visit and no anything. I do not recommend this app more this doctor. Unprofessional.

The appointment was booked however it didn't seem like they were aware of this as part of their urgent care procedures… The office is in a great building however it looks very rundown with furniture falling apart and the general feel of an office building turned into a medical office . ? The doctor himself was fantastic and addressed all my concerns however as a primary care I'm learning how to manage my health and I would prefer that we covered as many things as we could and referrals would have been a little more… Not entirely sure who to go to for some of my conditions but i'll speak with them again soon.
