I was a bit disappointed with my experience there. The office was unaware of my appointment so I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen by one of the providers. The provider who ran the appointment was very nice and the office was clean / well-run, though.

Total disappointment! I went for anual check up, non of staff there at the office was a medical person. The lady for the front desk didnt even know how to measure pressure, and she admitted she doenst know to take a blood.. unbeilable! Person who came to see me clearly wasnt an doctor. They asked me to come an another day..

I booked an appointment for 3:45 the last time, showed up with an appointment, and was told they were overbooked today and couldn't take me, but I could come anytime tomorrow. It seems unprofessional and a waste of my time.

This was terrible! I was never seen! This office scheduled me and when I arrived the physician was busy! I reported this to Zocdoc customer service!

I was very disappointed when I was turned away from my appointment at 3:45pm. Upon arrival, I was told to wait and they would pull up my info, then immediately I was told that the office closes at 4pm and that they weren’t seeing anymore patients. I showed the confirmation email I received that confirmed my appt, then was told that she didn’t have anything for me in the system. Nit sure if that was truthful, or if they were just trying to close up. Either way, I used my entire lunch break to try to be seen and wasn’t able to.

The visit was fair. Took awhile to be called, even though we were the only ones there. They do not answer the front desk phone. That's annoying. There computers were down, they couldn't print or send anything.

Dr Geanina was very helpful and communicated clearly all the information regarding the concern of my visit , but a week later , my arm is still bruised and in pain after Austin took my blood sample, which is abnormal and concerning.

I was seen by doctor and NP with minimal wait time. Doctor was okay, could have been more forthcoming with information. I had to keep asking. Also, didn't feel like doctor wanted to spend time to learn more about the symptoms I was experiencing before making a diagnosis.

Doctor was helpful in asking for my symptoms, urine check and direct on what health issues I could have. The front desk was also really helpful in understanding my health insurance situation and medication! The nurse was great as well he was very kind and knowledgeable about my health. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick urgent care visit you need to checkup on your health the office is small and nicely organized. :)
