I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and postpartum mood disorders in adults, with a strong focus on women’s mental health. I believe in an integrative approach to healing—combining evidence-based medications with holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, Reiki, and meaningful lifestyle changes. My goal is to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. She doesn't jump to conclusions like so many mental health care providers. Dr. Shah never condescends, but rather, she speaks as if she were a caring friend. She takes time to understand the nuances.
