QUICK AND EFFICIENT LOTS OF TXT REMINDERS

Knowledgeable, patient, emphathetic & responsive are adjectives I would use to describe the staff and doctor/ Urology Specialist. Check-in was smooth due to completing necessary tasks prior to the appointment. The doctor reviewed my exam results and determined the best strategy to proceed with managing the kidney stones and returning for a follow up next month to determine next steps (if required). I believe I was/am in good hands.

My experience here was horrible. After coming in for a very personal issue, the doctor was very judgmental and condescending to my wife and I. No steps were taken to check for issues than just a visual inspection. We finally agreed on a course of treatment and the medicine was never sent to the pharmacy. When I called back I was told someone would call me and never received contact. Worst experience possible. They got a copay for no service whatsoever.

I receive text all three days before my appointment, on the day of the appointment. My doctor told me if there was nothing wrong with me. He would give me a call and let me know. Never got a call. They told me to come into the office Just to tell me nothing was wrong. I was charged $109 for that.! I would like to get that money back.
