I felt the Dr Libby was knowledgeable and professional. However it felt like I was being rushed out after a brief inspection. I did get more or less what I came for, but the overall tone was not accepting of questions about health, prevention, etc. I do wish a more personalized experience was available. There was a large amount of paperwork of questionable relevance.

I had to fill out dozens of papers often repeating a lot of information at 3-5 times. The wait time was over an hour. The recommended that I see a different specialist and that's it. There's paid parking lot next to the building.

The wait time is 50 min, urine collection and test, 30 min. doctor consultation is 10 Min.
CT scan 2 hour. it took me 8.45am to 12.45pm.

Upon arrival I was informed that their was a wait due to the doctor being pulled into surgery. No one knew how long the wait would be and no one attempted to contact me prior to my appointment. Terrible experience, especially when one is already nervous about prostate cancer!

The front staff was great. But I waited for over an hour and a half in the waiting room to see the Dr. I’m not comfortable with trusting my healthcare with a place that cannot keep a simple appointment.

June 13 2023 I had an appointment with Dtr James Libby, He was a nice plesant Doctor, he was a good listener. The Office was clean. But it appears that Dtr Libby may have overbooked his day. Waiting almost 1.5 hrs before you are even called to do Vitals just to be sent back into the lobby to sit because there was not enough rooms available due to overbookining. So after getting Vitals went back out and sat for another 15 to 30 mins then called into Suite for a 5 min talk with Dtr Libby. Nurses were very apologetic because they knew the wait time and being called in for vital just to be sent back out to wait was utterly ridiculous. I don't think I will reschedule with him again. My time is just as Valuable.

With the short time visiting as a new patient, Dr. Libby was able to analyzed what was happening and had a practical suggestion. I was helped in a way never expected and right away begin treatment. The only problem is the waiting time to received and make a retun call to get appprection for prescription update.

They all were pleasant & explained as they took you from one office to another. Dr Libby explained thoroughly what I had & what was needed to get done & executed an appointment day to laser the kidney stone.

I took off from work to make an appointment with a urologist for some ongoing issues that have not improved.
Arrived at the office for an early morning appointment only to be told my appointment wasn't confirmed or scheduled.
Luckily was able to be scheduled, however had to wait over 2 hours as the physician was in surgery.
The doctor finally comes in and my visit is all but 10-15 mins if that given some sample medications after a quick pelvic scan and out the door.
I do have a follow up in two weeks, so I'll see if that will be a better experience.
If not I will be back to searching for another urologist.
