Very Nice and Clean office. I got there 15 mins before my appointment which was at 3pm. I was seen by a different doctor 45 mins later. She was very friendly but I was expecting to see the doctor I originally had seen on the app. They sent my prescription to the wrong CVS I requested which was a bit of an inconvenience. I was prescribed ear drops which came out to be extremely expensive which I was shocked because I have pretty good insurance. Not sure if it was a mistake on there end or what?

Super clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to work with my insurance and make my visit and tests/labs as affordable as they possibly could. Doctor was personable, non-judgmental, thorough, and he took his time with me. I didn't feel rushed in the slightest, and he went out of his way to be sure that I felt like all the bases were being covered. Definitely recommend!
Since this was only my first visit with Dr. Usborne, I am still neutral in regards to my trust in him as a long term doctor for me. This is to be expected though as he is still unfamiliar with my medical history. However, I will say that he was DEFINITELY very patient and attentive while I was giving him my history and even ordered a handful of blood tests, as well as a mammogram, to get a better picture (and a baseline reading) of my health. So far, I am happy with his services.

The office is very nice and I like the staff, I just felt like my appointment was a little rushed and I was hoping to get some more clarification on specific issues. Other than that he seems very knowledgeable.
Dr Usborne was extremely informative. He made sure that I was at ease with the issues I am currently facing. We also made sure that we were taking the necessary steps to get me back to perfect health. He was very detailed and made sure I understood everything.
Altough I waited a little over 30 minutes to be seen, I recommend Dr Usborbe because he takes time with his patients. He gives his full attention to you and listens to his patients concerns.
