This was my first appointment with Dr. Chu, and it was a great experience. The office got in touch with me ahead of time to fill out paperwork & confirm insurance detail, so I had to wait for no more than a few min when I came in. Dr. Chu was friendly, explained everything in a clear way, and did a really thorough job with the teeth cleaning. I'll be back in the future.

Dr. Chu was great! I loved that he explained each thing to me in a simple, non-condescending manner. He made sure I was comfortable and assured me from the start that it was totally okay to take a pause at any time by raising my hand. Everyone at the office was really nice and the booking online experience was great! I waited for about 30 seconds. The only thing I didn't like was the overwhelming scented candle and essential oils in the lobby, but it wasn't as bad in the treatment room, even with a fan on low.

Dr Chu was great, so was the person who did my X-rays (I think he said his name was Daniel?) and the woman at the front desk too! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and at the front desk she explained so much of my insurance coverage and broke down all the payments that would be necessary for future appointments. The whole process was so much less intimidating than I had anticipated and the entire staff made me feel very at ease despite all my worries!

Made an appointment as a new patient. They called 20 minutes before saying I will have to pay for a full mouth xray out of pocket to become a new patient. Said I will find somewhere else, then they charged me a $75 fee. Absolutely insane.

My overall experience was quite surprising. I found the through my provider which was really close to my work. I was looking for a dentist whence asses my situation and give me a plan to fix numerous issues that have with my teeth. The dentist office checked a-lot of boxes from the get go. Clean office , friendly front desk. The assistant was very nice and calming. She had a nice personality. The dentist was very sweet, she walked me through my exam explained and communicated very well. At first i was little apprehensive because of dental situation, the dentist calmed my fears i suppose. After the exam the dentist mapped up a detailed plan and a referral. The front desk staff explained very well to me and answer all my questions. Both were friendly and informative. I would certainly recommend the Dentist to all my friends family and colleagues i had a great experience Thank you!
