Vallario Therapy

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a diagnostic privilege in NYS. I work with individuals age 18 and up. My patients come to therapy to work through a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, social anxiety, relationship issues, work stress, trauma and self-esteem issues. My approach is tailored to the needs of each individual. Some individuals benefit from a more structured and goal oriented approach whereas others benefit from a more person centered approach where you can slowly open up and work through negative thoughts.
