The staff is very friendly. The office itself is bright, beautiful and filled with state of the art equipment. I was very impressed with the in-house CT scanner and the camera that they used to put up my sinuses. I was immediately able to view both on a large TV screen while the Provider Baylor, PA explained everything to me in detail.

Zocdoc asked a lot of Pre-visit questions and wanted photos of my main insurance card and supplemental insurance card. I complied with everything ZocDoc asked. USELESS UNDERTAKING! When I arrived at the office I had to wait until my insurance coverage was verified before I was called in. The office staff repeated 100% and more of the same questions and photos and more. I was there for more that an hour before seeing the PA and not the doctor I scheduled with. The PA was nice, thorough and knowledgeable, but I fully expected to see the doctor. He wasn’t even on site that day.
