I had a frustrating experience at this office. I was called ahead to confirm my information, yet still had to fill everything out again upon arrival. I was told to come early, but despite that, I wasn’t seen until about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, with a total wait of around an hour.
When I finally saw the doctor, the visit felt rushed—just a few quick questions before being sent out to wait another 30 minutes for an ultrasound. The equipment also seemed very outdated, and they could only provide results on a CD, which feels impractical.
What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. The doctor did not explain much, and I had to push for any information. Even then, there was no real explanation of their opinion or how they reached their conclusions.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized, outdated, and lacking in transparency.

Dr Harrington was very communicative both before, during, and after my appointment. Everyone in the office was friendly and kind. It was a very calm environment and once I was seen the visit moved quickly and smoothly.

Verify that your insurance is accepted before making the trip.
Apparently the PCP on my insurance card was invalid- check in and wait time felt- chaotic. I do not recommend unless you have the entire day to deal with inefficiency.
