Following completion of the initial visit, patients may choose to continue care through either single follow-up visits or structured multiple-visit care plans. Follow-up visit fees are lower than the initial visit fee and are determined based on the recommended course of treatment. Insurance is not billed. A superbill may be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan.
