My appointment was canceled because he couldn’t prescribe a medication without calling me with other options . My doctor was willing to do so in cooperation with this psychiatrist. I guess he really didn’t care enough to even call me.

Exceptional experience seeing Dr. Muceus. He was able to get me in quickly and his staff communicated effectively every step of the way to make sure I had everything done ahead of time so no time was wasted during the appointment. He was professional, kind, and he kept me informed every step of the way, including sending over a prescription while still on the call so I wouldn't wonder if it was sent to my pharmacy. Would highly recommend Dr. Muceus to anybody.

Apparently the office cancelled my sons appointment, but did not inform me, so we didn not see the dr and no attempts were made to communicate to us prior.

I had a really positive experience. She took the time to truly listen and understand what I was going through instead of immediately jumping to medication. I felt heard, respected, and supported during the appointment. She explained things clearly and made the conversation feel comfortable and genuine. It’s clear she cares about her patients and wants to help them find the right path forward. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Rouhani.
