My clinical focus includes ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, sleep difficulties, and challenges affecting concentration, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Each treatment plan begins with a comprehensive evaluation of symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current stressors, functioning, and treatment goals. I provide clear recommendations, medication education, and ongoing follow-up so patients understand their options and can actively participate in treatment decisions. Care is individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. Treatment may include medication initiation, adjustment, monitoring, and brief supportive or behavioral strategies incorporated into medication-management visits. Ongoing psychotherapy is not provided, but referrals for therapy may be recommended when it would strengthen treatment outcomes. I aim to provide culturally responsive and affirming care, with particular experience serving Black adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, and patients who have previously felt overlooked or misunderstood within healthcare settings. Florida patients may use insurance through Headway, including Aetna, Cigna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, and UMR. Self-pay options are also available. Washington services are currently self-pay only. Evening and Saturday telehealth appointments are available. Completed intake forms are required before the initial appointment so the evaluation can be efficient, thorough, and focused.
