Vera’s Loving Hands provides compassionate, culturally responsive psychiatric care for adults across Florida, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns. I offer convenient telehealth appointments for individuals seeking thoughtful, high-quality care.
My approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive, solution-focused therapy. I take time to understand each patient’s unique experiences, including the impact of work, parenting, relationships, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to help you gain clarity, emotional stability, and confidence in managing your mental health.
Care is individualized, and treatment decisions are made collaboratively using clinical guidelines with a strong focus on safety and long-term success.
Self-pay services are available and prioritized for patients seeking greater flexibility, privacy, and continuity of care. Insurance is accepted through Headway for select plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, and UMR.
Evening and Saturday appointments are available to accommodate busy schedules.
