We offer comprehensive eye exams, dry eye evaluations with advanced diagnostics, and personalized treatment plans tailored to your symptoms and lifestyle.
Services include IPL and RF treatments, punctal plugs, amniotic membrane therapy when indicated, prescription dry eye therapies, specialty contact lenses including scleral lenses, and myopia control. Dr. Ramsarat is great. She was friendly and the visit with her went pretty smooth. I have no issues with her. My issues are 1. I was on time and still I had to wait 30+ min, and 2. The policy there is that you have to pay an unreasonable fee to get a prescription. It doesn't go towards the thing you actually need (i.e. meds, glasses). It's just for the act of them writing you the prescription itself that you then have to take elsewhere to pay for whatever the prescription says you need on top of that. And it wasn't a matter of insurance, it was posted at the front desk, everyone is required to pay the same exact fee. I've never had to pay a provider to write me a prescription so that feels janky and wrong. And for that reason alone it's highly unlikely that I will be returning bc who has money for that?? It's disappointing though, because I actually really liked Dr. Ramsarat.
