My approach in therapy is present and future-focused. I have an eclectic approach and believe that therapy should be tailored to the client's needs. If something is not working its important for the client and I to discuss it to see how I can best support the client. Some of the different approaches I use are cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, coaching, role playing, problem solving and mindfulness just to name a few.
