Vesna Hart

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults across lifespan. I currently work with adults who need support navigating relational stress, anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, and the lasting effects of trauma. I take a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy, partnering closely with you to clarify your goals and develop personalized treatment plans that foster meaningful and sustainable change. I believe therapy works best when it is rooted in trust, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique experiences. In the first few sessions, I will focus on getting to know you, answering any questions you may have about the therapy process, and clearly identifying what you hope to gain from treatment. From there, I work alongside you to build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and create space for growth and healing at your own pace. I am passionate about this work because I believe therapy can be both supportive and transformative—and I strive to hold space for both as you navigate challenges and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
