This is a cash/self pay wellness clinic. **At this time, Vibrance will not be accepting insurance** Pricing is available based on type of visit requested and payment is per visit. Visit types include consultation or specific wellness services. These include, IV Hydration, Vitamin Infusions and Injections, anti-aging skin care and hair restoration, and medication-assisted weight loss. Subscription based pricing is also available. Lab costs are extra and charged if needed. **Booking Policies** There will be a New Patient Consult fee of $50 that will be applied to your subscription enrollment fee if you choose a membership Your appointment will be confirmed once your payment is received Payments should be made via secure payment link If you do not show for your appointment or you cancel less than 24 hours of appointment, you will be charge a $25 Late Cancellation fee
