I has experience supporting foster and adoptive parents, adults who were adopted, and those who grew up in the foster care system (using TBRI—Trust Based Relational Intervention). I help clients navigate identity, belonging, and healing. I also walk closely with women (18+) facing transitions, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, creating space for clarity, resilience, and renewed hope. With over 20 years in full-time ministry, I understand the unique joys and pressures of serving others. I comes alongside pastors, those in ministry or non-profit work, offering practical tools to guard against burnout and compassion fatigue—while encouraging a Christ-centered well of strength to sustain their calling. I use Cognitive & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help develop healthy coping strategies, to thrive in the present, and not just survive. When exploring trauma or attachment patterns, our focus deepens to bring lasting healing—so you leave feeling equipped and empowered. Lastly, I offer a neurotheology perspective for anyone in ministry/Pastor looking to integrate scripture & mental health. Other modalities include solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, compassion focused and boundary work when working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, peer relationships, pregnancy (prenatal and postpartum), relationship issues, self esteem, stress and other women's issues.
