This was more of an emergency appointment for me which I wasn’t able to see the doctor I scheduled with due to her own emergency which is fine. My insurance problems aren’t their fault with the outcome of the appointment, but waiting over an hour past my appointment time after arriving 20 min early and not getting a great outcome all together was rough.

When I searched for a provider who would administer cortisone injections, this doctor's name was the first to appear. After waiting approx. 45 minutes, I was informed that this clinic was not equipped to provide cortisone injections.

I felt a little rushed and the communication was un-clear. I was “told” my results but we didn’t go through them. I was not sure why I was prescribed something and then the woman upfront told me that they did go over it. It was frustrating because I felt rushed and confused and when asked for clarity I was met with irritation from the staff.

I did not see the doctor instead I saw the nurse. I NEVER saw the doctor and don't even know if they work there. I waited 1 hour for the appointment and 40 minutes in they told me to fill out paperwork. The office was over crowded, no place to sit. They did not address all my health concerns and told me to come back in 2 weeks. I will not be coming back.

I value the importance of my yearly physical, my experience was disappointed due to several shortcomings in the care provided.
1. Front Desk Experience: Upon arrival, the front desk staff did not verify my identity, which is a standard and important practice. This raised concerns about patient safety and privacy.
2. Quality of the Examination: During my appointment, the doctor did not perform basic checks typically associated with a physical, such as listening to my heart, checking my ears, or examining my throat. These are fundamental components of a thorough examination, and their omission felt neglectful.
3. Preparation: Despite filling out all the required forms before my appointment, it was apparent that my information had not been reviewed beforehand. This gave me the impression that my health concerns were not given adequate attention.
I believe that these issues could be addressed with better communication, more thorough preparation, and adherence to standard medical.

I did not get the doctor presented here, just another doctor at this doctor's clinic. Dr. Tracy was nice, but she could not properly order my prescriptions with my pharmacy (CVS) and so now I'm out of medication I urgently need to get refilled, and it looks like I need to find another doctor to do it.

I was seen by the NP name Tracy which I had no complaints with her. Tracy was a great listener I was seen by her twice. I did not see the doctor until I asked for paperwork to be signed. Tracy and the doctor enter the room and the doctor began to question me. I had a few different feelings all at the same time. As she talking to me I felt insulted, slander to my character and the last words that came out her mouth before walking out the door “you can find another doctor if you want ”. Wow I was so shocked it took me a moment to understand that I guess I just walk out now. I was in the middle of getting a referral to get an MRI done with Tracy but I walk out because I felt that this doctor excuse me as a patient. I really needed the MRI done that was important to me and finding out what is causing the pain. I can’t say if the doctor actually see her patients if not it’s probably best. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

It was a great visit! It did take a little long in the waiting room tho and I didn’t see the doctor I booked on here at all. I saw another one; she was wonderful, she listened and I felt that she cared… those were the only downfalls for me.

Service from the Dr. was poor. my first appointment was rushed because doctor had to leave, and my second appointment was canceled, but the doctor did call, but again I felt rush, she didn't take the time to throughly listen or explain. there was no clear communication at any time.
I would not recommend this doctor's office.

This was an amazing experience. I arrived early & was seen exactly on time , the office did have a few other patients but we were all seen shortly after arriving, the woman who checked us in was extremely polite & quick with the process , the doctor was quick in seeing me & was very polite also , helped me with everything I needed answered all my questions , listened to everything I said without any type of interruptions, and asked if I had anymore questions, I have a few issues going on , she had much patience. I am excited to be a new patient here and look forward to staying for as long as possible.
