We believe the key to transformative counseling / psychotherapy is the therapeutic relationship. As humanistic practitioners, empathic understanding, authenticity, and acceptance without judgement are the core of our practice. We believe a person, when given the proper environment, has the potential for positive growth, and we dedicate ourselves to providing the safe container necessary for that growth. Our therapists are trained in a variety of research-informed practices, such as clinical hypnosis, body-oriented psychotherapy, CBT, mindfulness, parts therapy, and solutions-focused therapy.
