This was my first visit to meet Dr Alavi for a basic checkup and intro prior to a surgical procedure I am having in January. She was very attentive, made sure to review my entire health history and did the usual check up things. I felt she was a good fit for me and was attentive to my concerns. I went for gut issues and also told her about my hashimotos and she was extremely kind and listened to everything and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. My past doctors were quick to dismiss me but she actually is getting me tested and trying to find the root cause.
