If you hate the going to the dentist you will LOVE this dental office! I haven’t been to the dentist in 15 years and I have very bad anxiety of needles and drills. From the moment I stepped into the dentist office I was greated with a very warm welcome. I told the receptionist about my past experience with a bad dentist and she guaranteed I would be well taken care of. She was right! The dental hygienist was amazing. This was the first time I didn’t have anxiety sweat while my teeth are being cleaned. 
Dr Gossett was great! He has a calm demeanor, which calmed my nerves and he walked me through the entire procedure, including being numbed with a needle for my procedure. My back did sweat because I am severely afraid of needles, but he helped me calm my nerves through the process. I have found my new dentist!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful but I didn’t think the Dr. was really neither. I think that if I hadn’t intentionally turned around in my chair to do so, I would’ve never seen him. I went to him for a particular problem which Zocdoc stated was one of his specialties but he stated he was sending me to a Specialist without having ever looking at me. There didn’t seem to be much communication between him and his staff based upon the questions I was asked by the staff when they were asking choosing the Drs to refer me to. They didn’t offer to call and schedule the appointment and, as it turned out, sent me to a clinic that said they needed me to see a different specialist before seeing me. It was kind of a mess. Also, he said he was going to give me prescriptions but they never asked which pharmacy and did not send them.

Both front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly as well as the back-office staff. Told me exactly what is going on with my teeth and what the next steps are to take care of it.

I would like to say Dr. Gossett gave me the best and painless still treat and ever he was kind, courteous and gentle after my full mouth reconstruction my smile looked amazing. He does amazing cosmetic work. I would recommend him to do your dental cosmetic work in regular dental workanytime i’m a patient forever
