Your initial appointment on Zocdoc will be a comprehensive introductory assessment of your current medical status highlighting areas of improvements and a well, organized, customized medical plan/recommendations will be given to you after the initial visit. If you and Dr Cruz decides it is a good fit, membership to practice you a boutique, concierge medical service that focuses on a holistic approach to preventive medicine with a twist of osteopathic philosophy. The membership provides its members access to their private physician, Dr Vina Cruz. Initially, Dr Cruz will conduct the most comprehensive introductory assessment of your current medical status. A plan will be set on initial evaluation incorporating lifestyle modification, standard medical management, osteopathic philosophy, and holistic approach to prevent chronic disease. A well, organized, customized medical plan for the year will be assigned to each member catering to individual needs. Each member will have regular follow up visits throughout the year in order for your physician to monitor your progress and maintain your optimum health. With the assurance that this practice is a limited size practice, members are held with the highest priority. Dr Cruz will work hard to help you achieve the best version of your physical health and overall wellness.
