My recent visit to Dr. Vincent, my new dentist, was quite impressive. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by a courteous staff in a clean and welcoming environment. The atmosphere made me feel right at ease, which is always important to me when visiting the dentist.
Dr. Vincent and his team were highly professional throughout my visit. They were not only well-staffed, ensuring everything ran smoothly, but also very patient, taking the time to address all my concerns without any rush. Honestly feel like I should have stuck with my original dentist. Wasted 2 hours of my life I can’t get back. I understand I don’t look rich and I am not but feel as though I was not seen as a patient but funds for the fancy equipment. I have never been told I would have to pay up front to “schedule” an appointment. The only thing that was ideal was the fact I could schedule my appointment at 5 pm as to not miss any time at work. I just did not appreciate the unspoken assumptions of will I be able to pay. I have everything set to the side from my FSA but I think I will go back to my dentist and just have to miss time off work which is the only reason I was looking elsewhere. Learned my lesson about loyalty today. The tech that assisted me was nice but seemed somewhat uncomfortable. My appointment was at 5 and I was called back at 5:20 behind everyone else that came behind me…a couple who had appointments at 5 as well. Don’t think I will return.

I like the overall friendliness of the office.
I was scheduled to see Dr Ceron for my first appointment but I ended up seeing Dr Nick Manocchio. He had excellent bedside manners and I felt comfortable. Makayla, the assistant, was also very pleasant. Dr Manocchio explained the X-rays and future appointments. I felt so at ease that I asked the staff to assign Dr Manocchio as my dentist.

I would not recommend this practice. It was my first time coming to this practice as I have just moved to the Atlanta area. I had an appointment at 7:30 am, when the practice opened. I was brought back for x rays pretty quickly. Once the x rays were completed I was told that the the dentist would be in shortly.
The dentist did not come to see me for over 30 minutes, only after I asked the hygienist how much longer this would take. I had to get to work and thought having one of the first appointments of the day would prevent delays. She explained that they were running behind.
After about 10 more minutes the dentist came in, she did not immediately introduce herself and rushed through the exam with less than 5 minutes. It felt abrupt as I waited for so long I thought I would get a proper introduction or an apology for my wait.
I ended up leaving without a cleaning. I was there for over 1.5 hours for just x rays. Not a good experience.
