Patients with HMO or Medicaid insurance must select The Vine NP Family Health PLLC as their Primary Care Provider (PCP) prior to their appointment.
If your PCP is not updated before the visit, the appointment may not be covered by your insurance.
Cancellations made beyond/after 24 hours of booking an appointment or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a $75 administrative fee.

The office for some reason had my old phone number so they weren’t able to contact me even tho they acknowledged that they saw my current phone number. When someone finally did contact me I was told that they didn’t provide the kind of healthcare I needed (trans healthcare) even though that specific health care is advertised on their zoc doc list of specialties. I never actually got to see anyone
