The visit to a physician or to any place open for the public starts with making a phone call - the tone of those answering the call often times sets the stage for what to follow . The professionalism, the ease of making the appointment are paramount ( this visit didn’t involve a phone call but the previous one did ) . Then the arrival to the place, here the receptionist was pleasant and well informed of my visit, address, insurance.. etc. - the office itself is clean but almost too small, then the actual visit : The nurse ( didn’t catch her name) was pleasant and professional and without saying a lot knew of my preference which I made clear on a previous visit , she took my vitals and explained the meaning of the resulting numbers. As for Dr. Byassin he is the same well informed, well trained and well spoken surgeon I met few months earlier .. professional , great bedside manner, competent and easy to open up to which is important to patient- physician relationship.

Dr. Muhammad seemed to be fully aware of my condition, he has great bedside manner , he is well informed of my condition, a good listener, professional and didn’t seem to be in a rush . The exam he gave me was well planned and implemented , definitely a smooth sailing his prognosis was on target . I will definitely go back to see him in the future if needed.
One last note; I must thank the nurse who escorted me to the exam room, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she did a superb job in taking my vitals and going over my chart she also seemed to be professional, well informed and well trained , she listened to my requests and my preference and discreetly conveyed them to Dr. Bayasi

Dr. Bayasi and his staff are truly incredible. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and diligent. As someone with health anxiety, I have always feared the possibility of needing surgery. When I found out I did, my confidence and trust in Dr. Bayasi really put me at ease in the weeks leading up to it. He did an excellent job and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Him, the medical assistant Danielle, and the front desk staff have been SO accommodating and helpful throughout my experience. I cannot recommend them enough!
