One telehealth visit via video, and 24hr access to our clinician - Three-Day Intermediate Coverage — $335 One 45-minute comprehensive telehealth visit with a licensed physician assistant, plus 72-hour phone and text access for clinical questions, including review and clarification of pre-operative instructions and medications. - Seven-Day Plan — One-Week Recovery Concierge — 45 min @ $500 Two 45-minute virtual visits included, 7-day access, more time less anxiety - Thirty-Day Plan — Comprehensive Recovery Concierge — 45 min @ $1,500 Unlimited scheduled video visits and text/call access We are a concierge cardiothoracic surgery support service created to support patients and families through every step of the surgical journey, from preparation before surgery to recovery afterward. Our care is offered through clear, flat-rate packages, beginning with our Starter Package, which serves as the initial visit and includes 24 hours of direct telehealth access to a dedicated Physician Assistant, starting at $125. For those who want added reassurance and ongoing guidance, expanded options are available that extend coverage throughout the peri-operative period, for up to one month.
