Parenting is the hardest job there is. Yes, your child is amazing, and teens also face many challenges (break ups, social media, self-harm, sexual identity, and substance use). This doesn’t include some of the challenges you may have experienced as a family: death or illness of a loved one, divorce, or a big move. I have been working with children/adolescents for over 10 years. I am a licensed psychologist with both a clinical child and school psychology background which uniquely qualifies me to support adolescents and children across multiple settings.
