Aileen is truly amazing and so easy to connect with! I could tell right away how much she genuinely cares. When my insurance changed which meant fewer video sessions, I was really worried about losing the progress we made, but she went out of her way to reassure me we'd stay in touch through email and phone calls on her own time. I can’t say enough good things about her, she’s the best therapist I’ve ever had!

I started seeing Aileen a few weeks ago. I was a little iffy on the fact that this was all online, but when I say she is AMAZING, I mean it! She has helped me make so many connections and has given me coping skills and routines that have helped me get through rough and low patches more easily in just these few weeks.
