Once you have booked an appointment, we ask that you please call our office at (951) 750-7888 to confirm your exact date and time. We have more available slots than what we display on Zocdoc. We will also attempt to call you to confirm your appointment. If we are not able to confirm an appointment with you, we will have to cancel the appointment time due to lack of confirmation. We require a deposit of $40 for Zocdoc patients at the time we confirm your appointment with you. This deposit allows us to secure your time slot, and at the time of your in-person appointment we will reimburse the $40 or apply to co-pay or deductible if needed. Please take note of our physical address at 27403 Ynez Road, Suite 108, Temecula, California 92591. We also accept more insurances than what we display on Zocdoc, but due to the complexities of insurance plans, we request that you contact us so that we can check your insurance plan. For patients with HMO insurance, you must switch to our office prior to care being rendered; for patients with PPO insurance, you are not required to switch to our office. I sincerely thank you for considering my practice for your medical needs. My name is Dr. Gomer, the physician owner of Virtue Primary Care located in Temecula, CA. I gave my practice this name because a virtue is an excellence of moral and intellectual character, and I desire it to be a goal of everyone who works in my practice. At Virtue Primary Care we understand the needs of patients. We are committed to strong communication between our practice and you. We have a rigorous daily routine that ensures that all phone calls and messages are promptly returned. We won’t order your labs and leave you in the dark about them—we will always call you or contact you in any way you prefer, even if the results are completely normal. You are welcome to call us when we are open and speak to a real human being without being endlessly put on hold and redirected through robotic phone prompts. Our job is to keep you well, in part, by keeping you informed. My practice philosophy emphasizes the core elements of good health. We attempt to keep the number of prescription medications to the minimum when possible—zero is the ideal number. Many medications are prescribed by doctors because they have no time to devote to their patients. Here though we are committed to medication reductions through patient education, counseling, and classes. We are your partners in health. You won’t be forced or intimidated here into any particular medication or treatment. In contrast to other health facilities, you are encouraged to do your research. Internet searches may or may not be right, but we will not fault you for looking something up for yourself. In fact, we applaud your initiative in taking control of your health and we want to help you on this journey. We will provide you the best medical advice that we know of and share our perspective with you—the final decision about your health though belongs completely to you. Excellence for you in all we do. I was in desperate need of a doctor who was accepting clients, had available openings within 2 weeks or less, was willing to take on a patient with a multitude of challenging medical issues when I stumbled onto this Doctors Office. I not only was able to find the perfect Dr and office for me but also got a same day appt and didn’t have to leave my home except for the pharmacy after. It gets better….. The office gals inviting, prompt & personable!!? The Doctor is just as amazing!! Maybe a little more because he is a Doctor. When compared to others in the same field or practice he RAISES THE BAR & STANDARDS as far as I’m concerned. If your looking for HONEST TO GOODNESS Really smart, resourceful, kind, compassionate and empathetic Doctor, who will make you feel at ease, even with the most complicated or embarrassing issues- then you found him! He and his staff welcomed me with no judgment and open arms and started me on a treatment plan immediately! So far I’m doing well!

I have never felt so unbelievably cared for and instantly connected to a doctor in my life besides my first psychiatrist when I was 16 years old which I'm now 31. I've struggled with panic syndrome and anxiety for the rest of my life and the only medication that works is controlled and he didn't once make me feel like a bad person, or anything that comes along with that nor did he centralize the visit regarding medication it was more about he and I having a conversation regarding my health care the prescriptions came last.
