I am licensed in MO and OR and specialize in treating trauma. I hold specialized certifications in Complex Trauma Treatment, Addictions Treatment and Applied Positive Psychology. I employ Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Polyvagal Theory to help clients learn the difference between trauma and trauma triggers so that they can break the hold that the past holds on their present and future.
