Doctor Anna was very professional and answered my questions about eye strain, dye eye and cataracts. The medical staff that handled the initial eye testing (inner eye inspection and eye pressure test) and the staff at the front desk were also professional. During covid glad to see the mask requirements are still in place.

The wait wasn't too long. The doctor was very good and I was able to take the prescription and order the glasses online. The sales women were aggressive, and the prices were too expensive there. I recommend the doctor but also after they measure you for the glasses, take the papers elsewhere or order online.

I chose a specially Russian-speaking doctor with a good rating and drove for almost an hour to see him. As a result, my appointment was postponed and the doctor was not the one to whom I signed up. This doctor was good, but I went to see a Russian-speaking doctor. It turns out that I was fanned and taken away from me for 2 hours.

It was a great quick appointment. Dr. Violetta Ushyarov-Satanovsky, OD noticed I was wearing the incorrect prescription and helped correct it. I went on my lunch break. Everything took about an hour so I couldn't stay that day for get a new pair of glasses. Great visit and I'll be back again.

Very unprofessional, rude and loud receptionist. I will never ever come to this place again in my life. The worst experience ever. I had a severe headache and my neurologist wanted immediate report from the OD. I got my eye checked from her . While I went to my neurologist for follow. They even did release the report and when we called them. The receptionist rudely denied to send the report. Getting the report is patient's right . I am really disappointed and upset with the way they operate their clinic. I will not recommend any one to ever come this place again.

Dr. Satanovsky is very detailed when sanitizing and cleaning her tools before examining her patients. Her equipment is up to date, in addition she provided me a very thorough explanation about the results of my ocular examination.
