It was my first time ever going to a eye doctor and he made it a very comfortable experience and even helped me relax with small jokes. The women in the front are very kind as well and gave me recommendations as it was my first time buying prescription glasses and I wasn’t used to the idea of having something covering most of my face .

The counter staff was polite and very professional. The examining equipment is newer and more advanced than other locations I've visited. Dr. Davis himself was pretty cool, I felt confident in his skills and that I was in excellent care, the whole experience was great. I highly recommend this location.

My appointment was at 10:30 but I got there 20mins beforehand and was seen within 5mins due to no other patient being there. Exams were clearly explained to me. Any and all information I provided due to my previous injuries or issues with my sight were heard and expanded upon if I didn't understand something. When choosing payment for my new frames and prescription, I was given options on full out payment or payment plan that worked best for me. I would definitely recommend anyone to book an appointment at this location. Lovely staff and didn't feel overwhelmed or rushed.

Friendly & knowledgeable from front of house to back. The receptionist went above and beyond when I forgot my ID she not only called me, she offered to meet me by the train station to make sure I got it back. Overall you get a sense of home feeling of genuine service.

I wish i can give them zero star. It’s not provider, it’s about their unfriendly, unprofessional front desk associates. First they do not have knowledge about insurance. I have same insurance since
last 4 years and never had issues for eye exam, 2nd they left my medical information in public place for 25 minutes and finally another lady arrived who started to communicate in Spanish without even asking if i am a native speaker. Then i was told they do not do eye exam without any proper explanation why and no apology for wasting my time. When i asked why i was not informed in the beginning , i was told she was not here and the person who committed with me was a technician. Please be respectful, well informed and communicate effectively with patients. Please do not waste an individual’s time and have common sense to ask their preferred language. As soon as i left your place, fortunate to get an walk in appointment in another place with respect. Again be polite, it doesn’t cost money.
