Visionary Eye Doctors, founded by J. Alberto Martinez, MD, has been at the Forefront of eye health care for more than 25 years. We have pioneered several leading-edge procedures in the Washington, DC metro area - including bladeless laser cataract surgery – that have helped advance the standard of care in our region. Additionally, Dr. Martinez participated in the initial studies that led to the FDA approval of LASIK.
For our experienced, highly credentialed eye doctors, providing patient-first care means delivering the very best possible patient experience, from comfort, ease and efficiency to optimal treatment precision and outcomes. It means individualized attention and treatment, genuine compassion, and total commitment to your best interests.
Eyeglasses and contacts are available through our onsite optical department.
Please note for Saturday appointments as our Washington DC office is open two Saturdays a month, an Optometrist or physician scheduled may change, please call our office to confirm appt time and location as well as provider for Saturday appointments. Thank you!
