I was very past due on any eye examination; this was a simply easy experience and I'm now current with all vital health checks. This was worthwhile time spent and a great office to find - you do have to look for it. I'd highly recommend catching up on your vision needs here.

Our experience was amazing. They were attentive, positive, and helpful. It was a joy to be seen and especially for my babygirl who has a high prescription, she felt feeling confident to wear her glasses and looking forward to her new glasses. I called my mom to tell her about the service to schedule her an appointment with my sons so she could experience the excellent service. You can tell when some enjoys what they do and these ladies truly enjoy what they do. I can not say enough about this office!

Because of the problem with my right eye it was very important to see the right Specialist because my Specialist I was seeing was not available. Dr Emma Thompson was very knowlegable in addressing my condition. Maggie who fitted me with my perscription was also very knowlegable and very easy to work with and has a very bubbly personality. Very satisfied!

First woman who did the testing did not identify herself. (Wearing a red coat, so seemed official, and knew what to do.) Dr. Jones seemed great, and knowledgeable. Nice first visit at this office. Will return for next exam.
On this survey there does not seem to be a place to make another appt for the vision exam, but other doctors not known to this client are listed below; I would make another vision exam visit for l year, if that were an option available.

The location was a little tricky to find at first but the appointment went well. The staff and eye doctor were pleasant and knowledgeable. They both felt welcoming and greeted me with a smile They didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary either which is nice. The Eye doctor even performed a test i didn’t know about , which eases my worries of developing glaucoma.

I have only had great experiences at this office. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Tran does such a great job explaining things and caring for patients. I highly recommend this office if you are new to the area or just looking for somewhere else to try.

Are you looking for an exceptional eye doctor and care team?? Well VisionMakers in Kettering, OH is the place to go. In short summary of my visit.. Service was outstanding from the minute I got there to the time I left. All those smiles I received along the way certainly gave me such a warm welcoming feeling. The place was clean as a whistle too. Everyone was very professional. Staff seemed to genuinely care about their job and went above and beyond to meet my needs in getting new glasses. Never did I feel rushed. I too, was so impressed with Dr. Angel Mercado who examined my eyes. I felt confidence in his knowledge and expertise to come up with the perfect prescription for my eyes. I truly look forward to getting two new awesome pair of glasses!! The only down fall was….boy they had such a vast array designer glasses to chose from. ??. Good luck with that one. I assure you, if you need a eye doctor and new glasses this is the place to go. You will not be let down.

The “floating supervisor” (didn’t catch her name) is how I’ll address her. She was brilliant! I saw her throughout my experience . . . kind of like an unseen guide.
Scant wait time, and smooth layout in lobby functional and yet homey.
Leona was outstanding! She is so personable explained everything. Most importantly she was not embarrassed to ask for assistance in front of the me (the customer).
This down-to-Earth personality made her welcoming. Yes, I'll be back and Vision Makers is sole source for me.

Picking out frames is always the hardest part. Sherry, store associate, helped me pick the perfect frame that fit my face. She gave me her honest opinion on about 8 different frames. I was there by myself, so it was nice to have a second opinion. And, no, the frames were not the most expensive. Matter of fact, it happened to be the cheapest one. BONUS!! Doctor was friendly and very efficient. He listened to my concerns and made sure I had the right prescription. I highly recommend VisionMakers in Kettering for quality service at very reasonable prices.
